Barrels
Our barrels can be described as heavy-duty! They are rugged and time-proven barrels that are built for years of use. We’ve taken regular barrels and made them stronger. Used for a variety of applications such a zinc, black oxide and phosphate.
Tanks
Our typical tank construction, using polypropylene, uses the latest technology from Wegener Welding both butt and extrusion welding. Historically our tanks include process, rinse and electroplating. We also build stainless steel and steel tanks, the steel tanks are as a rule epoxy painted.
Plating Lines
Complete Barrel or Rack Lines; Custom-Fabricated Modules We manufacture barrel plating line. A plating line can include polypropylene tanks, barrels, acid pickle station, hot rinse station, double station plating tank (heaters are upon request), counter flow rinse tank, rinse tank, polypropylene plating barrels with motorized spin.
Waste Water Equipment
Our clarifiers range up to 75 gallons per minute and are constructed of 1” polypropylene with steel super structure which are epoxy painted. Catwalks are also available.
Modules
Modules are complete and provide the necessary tanks, pumps, filters, piping and exhaust to allow proper control of the module. These systems are custom designed and fabricated to your specific requirements.
